The Problem We All Lived
Before Fulcro, we were four specialists running separate businesses—and watching the same problems destroy great projects:
Suman Naidu, founder of Credvest
Had spent years delivering end-to-end solutions for real estate developers—marketing, sales, CRM, finance. When it came to show apartments and model villas, he struggled to find vendors who could deliver consistently. One project excellent, the next a disaster. Same vendor, different result.
Vikram Dembla
Spent 15 years delivering high-end AV systems, home theatres, lighting, and automation for luxury residences, developers, and hospitality projects. He'd install a premium Dolby Atmos theatre, only to see it undermined by a poorly designed room with cheap acoustics. The system was flawless. The experience wasn't.
Sandeep Sabarwal
Brought 30 years of millwork expertise through CCW, importing from Italian brands like Poliform and Minotti, building kitchens and wardrobes to European standards. His cabinetry would arrive on site perfect—then clash with AV cavities that were the wrong size, or automation conduits that were never planned. The rework was endless.
Vinayak Diwan
A renowned lighting consultant with projects across India, the Middle East, and the UK, would create sophisticated lighting designs—then watch vendors cut corners on fixtures and installers botch the execution. His name was on the design. The blame landed on him.
We kept seeing the same pattern: talented specialists, ruined by coordination failures.

Building a luxury home had become impossibly fragmented. Homeowners and architects were juggling 8-12 vendors, each protecting their scope, none owning the outcome. When something went wrong—and it always did—fingers pointed everywhere.

We also saw something else: Indian execution was decades behind international standards. We'd worked with European factories, global brands, German precision. We knew what was possible. We wanted to bring that standard to Bangalore.
